By registering an account or accessing the HomeAlert Ireland service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Independent Monitoring Disclaimer
HomeAlert Ireland is an independent monitoring service. We continuously aggregate data directly from official local authority portals (Dublin City Council, Fingal, SDCC, DLR, LDA, Tuath). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of any local authority or government entity. Applications for housing schemes must be submitted directly through the relevant official local authority portal.
3. Service Notifications & Acceptable Use
Alert notifications are dispatched via email based on official council publication updates. Users agree to provide accurate email addresses and not misuse automated notifications. Account creation is limited to individual users.
