1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, configuring saved searches, or otherwise using HomeAlert Ireland, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Independent Monitoring & Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

HomeAlert Ireland is an independent notification monitor. It is not a local authority, Dublin City Council, Fingal County Council, South Dublin County Council, Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown County Council, the Land Development Agency (LDA), Tuath, Clúid, or any government department or statutory body.

HomeAlert Ireland does not accept, review, process, verify, or submit housing applications. All scheme terms, eligibility criteria, income thresholds, prices, application deadlines, and home allocations are determined exclusively by the respective publishing bodies and local authorities.

Users are solely responsible for independently verifying all scheme information, opening dates, and application documentation directly on the relevant official local authority or housing body websites.

3. Service Availability & "As Is" Operation

HomeAlert Ireland monitors public authority portals at scheduled intervals and dispatches email notifications based on detected changes. While we endeavor to ensure timely and accurate alert matching, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, instant notification delivery, or the completeness of monitored listings.

The service is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

4. User Accounts & Alert Controls

Accounts are for individual personal use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You can pause or resume email notifications for your saved searches, export your account data, or permanently delete your account and all associated alerts at any time directly from the Saved Searches page.

5. Governing Law & Statutory Consumer Rights

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or restricts any non-waivable statutory rights, consumer protections, or remedies to which you are entitled under applicable Irish or European Union consumer law.
